We are a small family run guest house with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Conveniently situated in a quiet location only minutes walk from Keswick town center. Derwentwater, Fitz Park and many beautiful walks are all nearby.

Renowned for our superb traditional English breakfast we also offer a vegetarian option and special diets can be catered for on request. A choice of cereal, fruit and yoghurt are available to accompany the full breakfast with toast and homemade marmalade to follow.
